ORDERING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours if in stock and posted by Royal Mail First Class post. We will endeavour to post orders same day where possible however please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per order for all UK orders.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. To place a non-UK order, please email info@coco-bliss.com with your name and address (plus delivery address if different) with your choice of Package One or Package Two (please see website for sizing guide) and colour choice. We will email you a payment link – please simply click on the link to make payment.

For international posting we only charge the same as the standard UK flat rate of £2.50 however should you wish an expedited/tracked service, please email us and we can confirm cost and options to your country. Please note that any duties, taxes, VAT etc payable on overseas orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

Please ensure you order the correct size – refer to sizing guides on the ‘Order Kush’ page or please send an email to info@coco-bliss.com with any sizing queries prior to ordering.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, Kush Breast Supports cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping and are unused or are faulty.

Any request for a return needs to be made by email in the first instance, to info@coco-bliss.com   or by telephone to 0844 561 0407 within 7 working days of receiving your order. In all cases, a returned item must be in its original condition and is your responsibility until they reach our premises and a Proof of Postage obtained for your protection. All goods will be inspected on return and any goods returned are subject to our Returns Policy. The collection of the goods does not imply acceptance of their return.

Any damaged items must be reported by email to info@coco-bliss.com   within 5 days of receipt of goods for an Authorised Returns Number & returns address. No claims will be processed beyond that timeframe. All items carry an acceptable tolerance variation due to their handcrafted nature. A replacement of the same size and colour will be sent to replace any authorised return of a damaged or faulty item.

Any authorised refunds will be for the monetary value of the item/s returned to us at the price you purchased them. The order postage/shipping charge will only be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to the customer receiving their order. Any returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods by Coco-Bliss Ltd of an authorised & accepted returned.

WARRANTY

60 days warranty against defects in materials on workmanship. This warranty extends only to the replacement cost of the item.
