DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours and posted by Royal Mail First Class post. We will endeavour to post orders same day where possible. However, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per order for all UK and overseas destinations. Please note that any duties, taxes, VAT etc payable on overseas orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

All Sales are Final. Please ensure you order the correct size – refer to sizing notes on Order Kush page or please send email to info@thekushcompany.com with any sizing queries prior to ordering.

Any damaged items must be reported by email to info@thekushcompany.com  within 5 days of receipt of goods for Authorised Returns Number & returns address. No claims will be processed beyond that timeframe. Customer pays returns postage cost. Please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate. All items carry an acceptable tolerance variation due to their handcrafted nature. No refunds will be issued, no exceptions. A replacement of the same size and colour will be sent to replace any authorised return of a damaged item - Kush Support UK Ltd will pay postage charges for replacement item.

WARRANTY

60 days warranty against defects in materials on workmanship.  This warranty extends only to the replacement cost of the item.
